CUSTOMIZATION 

Please enter the name or wording exactly as you would like it to appear on your tumbler during checkout. Be sure to double-check spelling before placing your order, as all personalized items are created exactly as submitted.

• Accent marks and special characters may not be available
• If you would prefer your tumbler without a name, simply type “No Name” in the personalization box

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

To keep your tumbler looking beautiful for years to come:

• Hand wash only using mild soap and warm water
• Do not place in the dishwasher
• Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh cleaning products

Dishwashers use high heat that may damage or fade the design over time.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Each item is handmade with care, so please allow up to 10 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

If your order includes additional items with longer processing times, everything will ship together once all items are completed.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information will require additional postage to be reshipped.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
