Customer Service Questions
I sent a message on Instagram, Facebook, or email about my order but haven’t received a response. How can I get help?
For the fastest response regarding your order, please contact me through the chat feature on my website. Since I receive a high volume of social media messages daily, it can be difficult to match usernames with order information. Emails may also occasionally end up in spam folders.
Using the website chat allows me to quickly access your order details and assist you more efficiently. You can find the chat icon at the bottom corner of my website 💬.
Shipping Questions
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please refer to the shipping estimate listed in each product description before placing your order. Since all items are handmade and made with care, processing times may vary depending on the item ordered.
Most orders ship within 10–21 business days. This timeframe does not include weekends, holidays, transit time, or the day your order was placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
As a small business owner handling everything personally, I truly appreciate your patience while I create your order with attention to detail and quality.
Why is there a handling fee for international shipping?
International orders may include an additional handling fee to help cover international payment processing fees, currency conversion costs, and other expenses associated with shipping worldwide.
My package says “Delivered” but I can’t find it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

Check around your property and mailbox

Ask household members if they brought it inside

Check with neighbors

Contact your local USPS office or mail carrier
Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered, I am unable to locate or recover it directly. This does not mean I will not assist you in trying to locate your package.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can it be changed?
If your order has not shipped yet, please contact me immediately through the website chat feature so I can update your address.
If the order has already shipped and is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the package can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
My tracking number hasn’t updated yet. Is that normal?
Yes! Sometimes tracking updates are delayed. This may mean:

Your shipping label was created, and your order is still being prepared

USPS has not scanned the package yet

The package is in transit but hasn’t received a new update
Unfortunately, carrier scanning delays are outside of my control.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The damaged item

The packaging

The shipping label
If shipping insurance was selected at checkout, I can help guide you through the claims process.
My package is delayed or hasn’t moved in tracking. What should I do?
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, shipping updates are controlled by the carrier. For detailed tracking updates or delivery concerns, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.
Please note that during busy seasons and holidays, shipping delays can occur.
Will I have to pay customs fees for international orders?
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country. Unfortunately, I cannot predict or control these charges.
Order Questions
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
At this time, orders cannot be combined once they are placed. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on package size and weight.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to the custom and personalized nature of many items, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted.
Please double-check all personalization details and shipping information before completing checkout.
I forgot to use my discount code. Can it still be applied?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be added after checkout has been completed.
I purchased a digital product but didn’t receive anything. How do I access it?
Digital products are not physical items. After checkout, your files are available for download immediately and a download link is also sent to your email.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
How do I download and print my digital files?
For the best results, I recommend opening your files using Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded for free.
To avoid printing issues:

Open it directly in Adobe Acrobat Reader before printing
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of my products, custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Non-custom items may qualify for a return if:

The item is unused

It is returned in original packaging

The return request is made within 72 hours of delivery
Approved returns may be subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee.
Restocks & Product Availability
An item I want is out of stock. Will it return?
Many products are handmade in limited quantities. Restocks and new launches are announced on my social media pages in advance whenever possible.
Following my social accounts and turning on notifications is the best way to stay updated on new releases and restocks.
Miscellaneous Questions
Can I change the font or colors on personalized items?
Fonts and color combinations are carefully selected to match the overall design and aesthetic of each product. At this time, custom font or color changes are not available unless specifically stated in the listing.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, most of my products are custom made. Custom order availability varies depending on current workload and scheduling. Feel free to contact me through my website chat for inquiries regarding custom requests.
I have a product suggestion. How can I share it?
